Truly a Yoga Teacher will help you expand beyond the Veil; the small and habitual constraints of the body and mind. The aim is to lift ones perspective and to harmonize.
I Teach from my mat, my direct experience and integration of Hatha Yoga techniques and other Yoga styles and practices such as Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa and Pranayama.
I have always moved my body and enjoyed stillness in ways reminiscent of yoga, gymnastics and dance since my early childhood. Shoulderstand is my main practice however l adapt to the all seasons of life and may move in any way that serves me
Yoga has simultaneously grounded and uplifted my life. Learning meditation is one of the most integral steps I ever took to self-regulate, love and truly understand myself.
